Counselling Sessions

Session Types:

Individual Counselling (One on One sessions with the counsellor)

Virtual: Counsellor will provide counselling services through video conferencing

In-Person: Counsellor will provide counselling services in-person at the Vancouver office

Initial Consultation: Counsellor provides a free 15 minute phone consultation before you book your first visit

We currently do not provide couples counselling or family counselling.

Cost:

Individual Counselling Sessions (50 minutes): $155

Extended Health Benefits/Insurances often cover RCCs, RPs, and CCCs - check with your provider for your coverage information.

Direct Billing is offered for: Pacific Blue Cross, UBC Students, CVAP, and ICBC
