Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. For cancellations or rescheduling under 48 hours, the full session fee will apply. You may cancel sessions through the Jane app.
Insurance
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Many extended benefit plans have coverage for these designations, please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage information. I am also an approved CVAP provider and ICBC provider.
Confidentiality and Safety
Confidentiality in counselling work is of great importance. When you book your first visit the confidentiality agreement will be available for you. During the first visit we will spend time discussing any questions that you have. You are required to have an emergency contact on file if there are any safety concerns.
